  • Seacoast Mental Health Center is the designated Community Mental Health Center for Rockingham County, NH.  If you or your family need help, please contact the Call Center at 603-431-6703. https://smhc-nh.org/

  • Psychology Today is a great resource to find a local therapist.  This tool also makes it easy to find a therapist that specializes in certain areas. There is a filter to search by Insurance.https://www.psychologytoday.com/us

  • PFLAG New Hampshire facilitates monthly support groups for families and provides resources for youth and families.

  • Seacoast Outright hosts both youth and parent support groups as well as training and resources for educators, parents, and youth.

  • Somersworth High School Pride Club


OTHER LOCAL RESOURCES

  • Camp Aranu’tiq is a summer camp for gender non-conforming youth.

  • GLSEN New Hampshire Chapter  is a grassroots initiative working within local communities to ensure all students regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity are and feel safe.

  • Out Proud Net is an online site made by LGBTQ youth for LGBTQ youth, particularly those living in rural areas. Can be used to chat and connect with others and also has resources related to gender and sexuality identity issues.
